A while ago I posted a few paragraphs by Jim Penton. I posted those paragraphs because they seemed like important clues. Jim Penton gave me my first clue that the Trinity doctrine was invented to stop people from keeping Torah. You can click on the previous link, but I'll paste some relevant parts of the previous post:
According to Gregg and Groh in their book titled Early Arianism, Alexander and Athanasius believed that Christ had to be God in the Trinitarian sense: co-eternal and co-equal with the Father in order for mankind to be saved. Reading Athanasius, I think they are right. For the Alexandrian Trinitarians held onto a very Greek idea. That was essentially that everything in the physical universe was degenerating and passing into nothingness. I suppose this was an early version of the second law of thermodynamics. Thus the only person who was immortal and unchangeable was God. Consequently God had to become man in order for Him to communicate His nature to humanity, so that those who became one in him through baptism and holy communion could be saved. Athanasius specifically said that Christ had become man so that humans could become God. Hence Trinitarianism in its original form stressed the idea of the divinization of members of the Church, something that is commonly taught in Eastern Orthodoxy to this day and is Roman Catholic doctrine as well. However, it is not stressed and most Catholics and Protestants know nothing about this basis of Trinitarianism or, more specifically, the concept of the incarnation as taught by most churches.
Gregg and Groh argue that Arius taught that Christ was the first of many brethren and that we get saved not by taking on divinity as Athanasius taught but, rather, by following Christs example. To most Christians today this makes better sense whether they are Trinitarians or non-Trinitarians (unitarians ?).
For years I wondered about the Trinity. The churches all defend the trinity doctrine to the DEATH. Death by burning at the stake, in the case of Michael Servetus, who challenged the trinity doctrine. I had to wonder, why was the Trinity defended so vigorously and hatefully? Doctrines come and go all the time. But the Trinity has been a sticking point for almost 2000 years now. So the Trinity must play some important role. It must enable something else in the church that isn't obvious. I respect Rousas John Rushdoony, so I read his book on the One and the Many. Rushdoony was a staunch Trinitarian, but reading his book only confirmed what Jim Penton said in the paragraphs above. To my mind, this means the Trinity was put in place to prevent people from keeping Torah. But I didn't understand fully HOW the Trinity doctrine accomplished this. I thought it was just the maunderings of a bunch of silly old homosexual Greek and Roman "philosophers" hiding in the church hierarchy discussing how many angels can dance on the head of a pin.
Finally I have the smoking gun in my hand. Five years ago an unusually gifted man must have written under the guidance of the Holy Spirit this article: How Traditional Christianity FORCES Jesus to Be God, found on the website Torah of Messiah.
Jim Penton is a former Jehovah's Witness. Jehovah's Witnesses don't believe in the Trinity. But as an ex-JW myself, I can tell you that they do preach original sin. And, as a result, they also reject keeping Torah. I did not know it until tonight, but I now realize that original sin is a satanic doctrine, designed to keep man from obeying Jehovah. If it is impossible to obey God, why try?
The article linked above is important reading. It shows that the Trinity is a mask, hiding a trail of perverted doctrines. I suspected the Trinity had the purpose of keeping people from keeping Torah, but didn't know how it accomplished its purpose. The article How Traditional Christianity FORCES Jesus to Be God gives the gory details on how it has kept God's people in blindness for almost two thousand years. It confirms and gives flesh to what I had only whispered and suspected.
The Roman beast is rising. Anti-Semitism is flooding the world more and more. Messianics are being persecuted along with the anti-Christ Jews, just as in the earliest days of the Jesus movement. Pray, and repent. Keep Torah, and you will keep the Roman beast at bay.
Like homosexuality, the Trinity doctrine is a CONSEQUENCE of sin and error, not the originating cause. But once founded, it must be maintained, otherwise the original error must be admitted and owned up to.
Sneak preview of the article:
This article will reveal a little known fact surrounding the Trinity debate. Traditional Christians and counterfeit Messianics do not realize that there is a foundational false doctrine within most Christian denominations that FORCES Yahshua to be God. As long as this doctrine is believed, it is impossible for those Christians that accept it to consider the possibility that Yahshua was anything other than God, since, according to this false teaching, there is no way Yahshua could have been sinless UNLESS he was God. According to this false teaching I will be discussing, there is no way Yahshua could possibly be a 100 percent human being and still be our sinless Messiah. So, what exists within many Christian organizations is a theological requirement for Yahshua to be God regardless of how much Scriptural evidence exists to prove otherwise. In this relatively short article I will explain this FORCED REQUIREMENT of Yahshua's deity and how this requirement actually involves far more than the Trinity debate.
…
In summary, MANY (if not most) Trinitarians have no choice but to believe Yahshua is God, since their entire faith system FORCES him to be! It is for this reason Christianity, as a religion, has unnecessarily become largely dependent upon the one issue of the deity of Yahshua. It is also for this reason I feel the Trinity - or the deity of Yahshua - may be the "mother of all errors" within the religious world. Remove it, and the spiritual Beast hiding within a counterfeit religion that has lived for almost 2000 years is openly exposed because of ALL the many other teachings that will come to light - hereditary sin being one of many! An excellent analogy is a chain. If only one link in the chain fails, the entire chain fails. Such is the situation within Christianity, and such is the reason for the zealous promotion of traditional Christian false teachings. It's not a matter of truth within most Christian organizations - it's more a matter of continued control and power. Of course, this will NEVER be admitted by Christian leaders.
